🐶 Do you allow pets?
Currently, we allow Pets at the Old Seed Mill C, this has to be requested before the stay.

🚭Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?
We do not allow smoking inside the properties.

🏠Are any of your properties shared spaces?
No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.

🔒 Do you take a security deposit? if so, how does this work?"
Yes, for all our listings we require a deposit from our guests. We have a holding deposit that is taken 24 hours before your stay and released 48 hours after check out. The hold may take up to 7 days to release depending on your bank.

📦 Can we order deliveries to the properties?
Yes, we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.

📆 What are your cancellation policies?
To offer the best rates booking direct our rates are non - refundable, we will always work with our guests to move your booking or allocate credit where we can.
If booked through a Online Travel Agent the cancelation policy is what has been booked with them, we are unable to make any changes to this.

🅿️Do you offer parking?
Yes, currently only our one property St Pauls A has a free private parking space but all our other properties have parking lots within walking distance from the property.

💳 Can I pay in cash on arrival?
No- unfortunately, we do not accept cash at any of our properties.

🏠Do you offer long stay discounts?
Yes, we can offer large discounts for stays of 28 days or more when you book direct. Get in touch for more details.

👥Do you cater for group bookings?
Yes we do, We have several properties which can accommodate large groups of up to 6 people, we also have apartment properties where you can have the whole block looking after 12 people, get in touch for more details.

📶 Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer complimentary high speed Wi-Fi at all of our properties. Details to log in will be in your ' guest guidebook', which will be sent prior to check in, and are also at the properties.
