The Retreat was well-equipped and organised for such a small space. The location was great- private and peaceful- and great communication throughout.

Booking.com

Enjoyable

The apartment was in a fantastic location in terms of accessing shops and restaurants etc. It was clean, spacious and the beds were large and very comfortable. It was really useful to have a parking space. Communication from the host was prompt, useful and friendly and we were really pleased to have early access and, even better, late checkout as this allowed us to visit the Friday market before leaving for Burleigh House on our way home.

A spacious, comfortable stay in the lovely town of Stamford!

Absolutely perfect difficult to fault in any way

Excellent beyond expectations

Excellent accommodation in a great location.

Central location, lovely flat-easy to access, cannot fault our stay.
Nothing, over the moon

Perfection.

Extraordinary accommodation in a charming location

Amazing localization. Great size of property. Very comfortable beds. Lots of storage spaces. Thanks to all the details feel like home.

The apartment is very well located, very well equipped and quiet.

The location was great and the communication was really good. The property was well equipped and very clean. Bathroom was lovely although we thought it had two but the second was only a downstairs toilet. Bedrooms were lovely too.

Perfect base for a quick getaway.

We really enjoyed staying here. Would book again!

Great stay great location. Premium feel to the whole place

The location, the space it offered, the ability to be able to park. The beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed here before and the location is great for us to visit family and it's got everything

Fantastic apartment with lots of space. Very bright and airy. Easy front and back access.
Very close to shops and all amenities. I am disabled and there was parking available. However there were disabled spaces available right outside. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, however I could manage them.
Very responsive, accommodating and friendly host. Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Location, facilities, clealiness Easy access and self checkin Great modern apartment central

2 night stay

A perfect place to stay. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we required.

We loved staying at The Hideaway. It was bright, clean, spacious and super comfortable. The location is brilliant, close to everything but not in the least noisy. A home away from home in Stamford, one of the loveliest towns in the UK.

Happy in the hideaway

Exceptionally clean. The bed was really comfortable and no expense has been spared on the little touches like cozy blankets and nice bathroom products.

Perfect location in the very centre of town, quiet and beautiful view of the park.

Great break visiting family nearby and lots of places to eat and drink . Lovely apartment and fantastic location

Very responsive and helpful hosts, apartment was fully equipped, clean and quiet, in a perfect location for exploring Stamford. The bed's mattress was firm and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home from home. Access was easy as long as you don't mind a flight of stairs. And the location felt really safe and secure.

Perfect location and accommodation for a stay in Stamford for either work or pleasure.

Would definitely stay again

Apartment as described, very responsive and friendly host, would definitely book again!

Great stay, lovely apartment close to everything.

It was beautifully clean and felt very welcoming

Perfect for a short break

Great location and space. Comfy beds and great shower. Team were so helpful, responsive and calm as i panicked in the street with my family!

Ideal location to explore Stamford and surrounding area. Location could not have been better for us.

A really lovely little studio flat in central Stamford. Exceptionally clean.

Great location, warm, cosy house with very comfy beds.

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A lovely surprise to have chocolates and prosecco waiting for us too, thank you!

Really clean, modern apartment. Right in the centre of Stamford!

The bed was the most comfortable,, ever. Personally I had the best nights sleep in years. A1 fantastic!

Just perfect location and accommodation

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for, great location at the top end of the town centre, car parking directly opposite.

Small, cosy, reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend, yes there is a bit of external noise on occasions from traffic outside when it’s busy, but to be expected in this location I’d say, we definitely didn’t find it intrusive.

I’d happily stay again.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and accommodating.

The beds were comfy big must as you get older

Excellent stay

Excellent location. Central to town and all the amenities. Beautiful spacious apartment. Lovely and clean. Everything you need for an exceptional stay. The comfiest beds we have stayed in for a long time. Allocated parking at the rear of property with steps down. Which made taking luggage up and down very easy. We will definitely be booking again

Exceptional property and location

Close, convenient

We had a great couple of days in Stamford, our apartment was right in the middle of town with everything walkable , great to have a parking space , very comfortable and plenty of room . Top time we had !

Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed, close to my work place,
Nothing not to like

If it was available I would book it for the next 2 years, as I am in the area for work

Apartment was great, modern and clean. The location is very good and the instructions for access and to use the apartment facilities as well as useful detail in local facilities and places to visit.

Best location in the center of Stamford. Perfectly clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay again

Had a fantastic time with Apex Stays. Flat in perfect location, right in the middle of everything, so very good access. Apartment was perfect for my friends and I. Would definitely stay again!

The welcome book was most helpful in finding the exact location and parking. The apartment is well maintained and decorated for a comfortable stay. The facilities are in great condition and the stay itself was pleasant. The bed was particularly comfortable and the space in the apartment was plentiful.

Clean, professional and pleasantly put together. A location I would choose to stay in again.

Host were lovely and had very quick responses with my last minute booking. They provide a great deal of info on the property and surrounding area. The location is beautiful and check in was super easy. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning place, loved the location

The location of property was great, for walking around for pubs and restaurants, 👍

lean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs,

Clean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs,

Excellent town centre location with lots to do nearby and fantastic to have a parking space. The accommodation was a lot more spacious than I’d envisaged and had everything you could need. The host was very responsive and the pre welcome information was very useful. I would definitely return.

That someone answered the phone on arrival and when I left also

Great - comfortable and clean

Good location. Adequately provisioned.

Self catering. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent. It was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Great location, and lots of information and recommendations about the area which was very useful. We liked it very much.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Apex Stay apartment right in the centre of beautiful Stamford. Communication was excellent throughout. The location is wonderful, although can be busy early in the morning. The car parking space was really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay, any concerns or questions I had they got back to me straight away would stay again

Comfortable, convenient and well located close to food outlets and shops, not noisy and very spacious.

erfect location, very clean and comfortable, we definitely recommend and will be back 🙂 Fridays and Saturday is market days was a bonus

All nice, flat in front of M&S, pubs and tea shops near

Centrally located, first-floor apartment in a beautiful historic town with easy access to the main attractions and the added bonuses of its own parking space, and food stores and restaurants only a few yards away. Well-stocked, comfortable apartment which has been tastefully renovated. Excellent information provided and good communication from the owners.

Great location and excellent accommodation - recommended!

Great apartment, town centre location so once we had parked our car we could easily walk to the theatre, shops etc Very well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Excellent communication with host.

Perfect stay in Stamford

We literally came out of the front door into the heart of the beautiful town of Stamford. There was a funfair going on so the town was busy. Ample food and drink facilities on the doorstep. Wonderful scenery and plenty of things to do.

Great break to catch up with old friends

Fantastic location in the middle of town Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very comfortable beds. Nicely equipped with everything you need. EASY to adjust heat.

My stay at the Retreat was all-in-all quite cozy. I was looking for a place that felt tucked away in order to get some work done and do some laundry mid-traveling, and it worked wonderfully for that. The internet was a little too inconsistent for my needs, but if you're just using the wifi for recreation then it should be perfectly fine. The heating and hot water were very consistent though, as the temperatures did drop a bit, and I felt all together snug. A short drive to Stamford, and I also enjoyed visiting the Barnack Hills & Holes - quite interesting!

Great place to stay, well equipped and very central. The parking space was easily accessible and a good size.

The accommodation fitted my needs perfectly. The hosts were proactive in contacting me before and during my stay. I would recommend for sure.

Nice place

it was very spacious and comfortable. we had everything we needed. the location was excellent and having a parking space was great and enabled us to explore the town without having to use the car. the beds were very comfortable.
there wasn't anything we didn't like, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Central location so no parking but a car park within walking range Outstanding facilities, comfie beds, cleanliness second to none.

Fab location in a beautiful little town

Lovely Apartment, that was modern, clean and very central.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful apartment.

Great location centre of the town, easy access.

Great Location, easy to access and check in & out.

Apartment was very spacious and clean and much larger than it appeared in the photos. It was really useful to have a car parking space which could be directly accessed from the back door. Fantastic central location in Stanford.

Attention to detail. So often the small things are missed and they make all the difference such as coffee (both Nespresso and instant), sugar, tea, cooking oil, a few tablets for the laundry. When arriving from overseas not having to immediately worry about these things is very welcome. Also, great location in a very nice small town

Fabulous location , spotless , really comfortable beds , lovely lounge, kitchen , added bonus a parking space!😊

Perfect😊

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean, centrally located, excellent facilities.

Lovely accommodation

The property was easy to find, secluded enough to provide privacy, but close enough to town to make shopping etc. easy. Friendly neighbours and beautiful interior. Small, but homely (good for 2 people). Free parking and WiFi made the stay easier. One of the best parts was the app! It was so informative, easy to follow and helped throughout our stay (especially upon arrival!).

Beautiful, small, but quaint and homely 😊

The location was perfect for exploring Stamford, its position at the start of the High Street made it ideal for popping out to the shops and exploring the city by foot, also having its own parking area was so convenient.

Ideal for anyone wishing to explore Stamford without their own transport

Fabulous stay in wonderful location

Amazing stay & would love to come back!
