We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for, great location at the top end of the town centre, car parking directly opposite.

Small, cosy, reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend, yes there is a bit of external noise on occasions from traffic outside when it’s busy, but to be expected in this location I’d say, we definitely didn’t find it intrusive.

I’d happily stay again.

The comfiest beds we have stayed in for a long time. Allocated parking at the rear of property with steps down. Which made taking luggage up and down very easy. We will definitely be booking again

We had a great couple of days in Stamford, our apartment was right in the middle of town with everything walkable , great to have a parking space , very comfortable and plenty of room . Top time we had !

The welcome book was most helpful in finding the exact location and parking. The apartment is well maintained and decorated for a comfortable stay. The facilities are in great condition and the stay itself was pleasant. The bed was particularly comfortable and the space in the apartment was plentiful.

Excellent town centre location with lots to do nearby and fantastic to have a parking space. The accommodation was a lot more spacious than I’d envisaged and had everything you could need.  The host was very responsive and the pre welcome information was very useful. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Apex Stay apartment right in the centre of beautiful Stamford.  Communication was excellent throughout.  The location is wonderful, although can be busy early in the morning.  The car parking space was really appreciated.  We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Stamford

We literally came out of the front door into the heart of the beautiful town of Stamford. There was a funfair going on so the town was busy. Ample food and drink facilities on the doorstep. Wonderful scenery and plenty of things to do.

Great break to catch up with old friends

Fantastic location in the middle of town Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very comfortable beds. Nicely equipped with everything you need. EASY to adjust heat.

My stay at the Retreat was all-in-all quite cozy.  I was looking for a place that felt tucked away in order to get some work done and do some laundry mid-traveling, and it worked wonderfully for that.  The internet was a little too inconsistent for my needs, but if you're just using the wifi for recreation then it should be perfectly fine.  The heating and hot water were very consistent though, as the temperatures did drop a bit, and I felt all together snug.  A short drive to Stamford, and I also enjoyed visiting the Barnack Hills & Holes - quite interesting!

it was very spacious and comfortable. we had everything we needed. the location was excellent and having a parking space was great and enabled us to explore the town without having to use the car. the beds were very comfortable.

Amazing location, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars for cosy drinks and fabulous meals. Really good kitchen if you want to cook  though. Lovely to come back to a warm house with home comforts. Steffy has been an asset to Apex keeping us updated throughout booking through to the checkout procedure.

Christmas Market Trip

Fantastic location, perfect property for us, hosts were brilliant at communicating, the property was really clean. Hosts were fantastic they put in extra bedding, and even a coffee machine, highly recommend would not hesitate to book again. Living is on the top floor and has great views of Stamford.

Attention to detail. So often the small things are missed and they make all the difference such as coffee (both Nespresso and instant), sugar, tea, cooking oil, a few tablets for the laundry. When arriving from overseas not having to immediately worry about these things is very welcome. Also, great location in a very nice small town

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

Polite and courteous nature of the hosts show the professionalism of the agency that rents out. The location is extremely ideal for exploring the city. We found parking for free in front of the house or in a side street. They went out of their way to provide the facilities. The house is spotless and extremely spacious, even for four people. If you miss something, you can contact the agency and every effort will be made to fulfill these wishes

The property was easy to find, secluded enough to provide privacy, but close enough to town to make shopping etc. easy. Friendly neighbours and beautiful interior. Small, but homely (good for 2 people). Free parking and WiFi made the stay easier. One of the best parts was the app! It was so informative, easy to follow and helped throughout our stay (especially upon arrival!).

Exceptional 

Beautiful location south of the river. Short walk into the town centre! The room on the top floor was so light and airy. The house felt well equipped throughout. Some nice touches like coffee pods for the coffee machine! Plenty of information received beforehand and in the property. Stamford is a lovely town, so there was lots to explore. Great places to eat out!

Fantastic location for a family trip right in the heart of the town. Surprisingly cosy and private apartment, we really enjoyed staying there! Very clean, tidy and welcoming.

 Apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The parking space was a fantastic bonus.
Due to the apartment being so central, there can be some very early morning noise. However, if you can wear them, the property does provide earplugs.
