Fantastic apartment with lots of space. Very bright and airy. Easy front and back access. 
Very close to shops and all amenities. I am disabled and there was parking available. However there were disabled spaces available right outside. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, however I could manage them.  
Very responsive, accommodating and friendly host. Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Great location, very central and everything is walkable. Nice clean space, can comfortably fit 4 adults. Quick communication and friendly host. Very thorough detailed instructions which is always appreciated. 
Knocking off 1 star because it was extremely noisy. Being so central, a certain level of noise is expected, but this was pretty bad. Think random people ringing the buzzer in the middle of the night (and waking us all up) and heavy stomping from the flat upstairs (until 4/5am). This happened both nights and led to a bad nights sleep for everyone! 
Therefore although everything else was great, I don’t think I could stay here again unless the host re-assessed the buzzer situation and got some soundproofing!

Excellent location. Central to town and all the amenities. Beautiful spacious apartment. Lovely and clean. Everything you need for an exceptional stay. The comfiest beds we have stayed in for a long time. Allocated parking at the rear of property with steps down. Which made taking luggage up and down very easy. We will definitely be booking again

We had a great couple of days in Stamford, our apartment was right in the middle of town with everything walkable , great to have a parking space , very comfortable and plenty of room . Top time we had !

Perfect for our needs. Very central to the town & a private parking space.

Best location in Stamford right off the pedestrian high street. Right across the street from Marks and Spencer’s for groceries and Scandi for morning coffee. Parking space large enough for full sized SUV. Host very helpful when we locked ourselves out and when someone parked in our space—both with very quick resolution. We will seek out Apex hosted properties and this Airbnb in particular for our next visit to Stamford.

Check in/out was super simple 
Loved the central location ,right on the high street, beds were super Comfy, nothing was missing in kitchen and bathroom, everything we needed, lovely addition of finding Prosecco and chocolate on arrival, parking was easy and just behind property, can’t wait for our next stay , only thing of feedback was the apartment can sleep 6 people , there is definitely not enough chairs/armchairs to relax in , we only had 3 people but in the living room on sofa was bit squeeze but was only a slight problem in the evenings as we were out in the day, thumbs up all round 👍

Perfect stay 

We had a good stay and I would happily stay again. The flat was very clean and as advertised in the photos and description and it was very useful to have a reserved parking space in Stamford and a laundry washer. The front bedroom is loud with street noise and there is a flight of steep stairs up to the flat. I believe these are both mentioned in the description so not at all a complaint, just something to know. The instructions to get in were very helpful and Apex was very responsive with any questions. All in a positive experience.

The welcome book was most helpful in finding the exact location and parking. The apartment is well maintained and decorated for a comfortable stay. The facilities are in great condition and the stay itself was pleasant. The bed was particularly comfortable and the space in the apartment was plentiful.

Clean, professional and pleasantly put together. A location I would choose to stay in again.

Excellent town centre location with lots to do nearby and fantastic to have a parking space. The accommodation was a lot more spacious than I’d envisaged and had everything you could need.  The host was very responsive and the pre welcome information was very useful. I would definitely return.

Self catering. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent. It was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Great location, and lots of information and recommendations about the area which was very useful. We liked it very much.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Apex Stay apartment right in the centre of beautiful Stamford.  Communication was excellent throughout.  The location is wonderful, although can be busy early in the morning.  The car parking space was really appreciated.  We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located, first-floor apartment in a beautiful historic town with easy access to the main attractions and the added bonuses of its own parking space, and food stores and restaurants only a few yards away. Well-stocked, comfortable apartment which has been tastefully renovated. Excellent information provided and good communication from the owners.

Perfect stay in Stamford

We literally came out of the front door into the heart of the beautiful town of Stamford. There was a funfair going on so the town was busy. Ample food and drink facilities on the doorstep. Wonderful scenery and plenty of things to do.

Fantastic location in the middle of town Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very comfortable beds. Nicely equipped with everything you need. EASY to adjust heat.

Very well situated for the town and a bonus of a parking space behind. Spacious apartment with all the little extra you need for a couple nights stay like tea, coffee, sugar etc. well equipped. Maybe a couple sensor lights at back steps as we found them handy to use. Will def use again  and the hosts were very responsive .

The location was perfect for exploring Stamford, its position at the start of the High Street made it ideal for popping out to the shops and exploring the city by foot, also having its own parking area was so convenient.

Beautifully decorated flat. It was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Perfect location close to my dad, who we were visiting and convenient for the shops.

 Apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The parking space was a fantastic bonus.
Due to the apartment being so central, there can be some very early morning noise. However, if you can wear them, the property does provide earplugs.

We loved the location - only yards from the high street with its restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The apartment was lovely, and peaceful despite its central location. Visitors should be aware that the stars are steep, although they do have hand rails on both sides.

Wonderful

It was exactly as it looked in picture, it is right in the middle of everything so easy to walk everywhere. It also has the added bonus of a car parking space! 
Ear buds were supplied but we didn't need them! Fabulous, clear instructions and such quick responses to any messages sent. 
High recommend this place, definitely staying again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and host was swift and helpful with communications. The car parking spot is wonderful, as these are not that common in town. Id just flag up that its location means  its perfectly placed to access all central Stamford's amenities but of course that does come with a bit of noise; not a problem for us but might be for some. Overall, we found this a terrific place to stay- plenty of space for our toddler to walk around in, and they kindly provided a travel cot for us too. Id recommend, and would stay here again. 

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated apartment located just at the end of Stamford's main High Street.

Stayed here whilst visiting family and was perfectly located.
Beautiful apartment well kept and with ample room for myself, my partner and 6 year old boy. Probably the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

A tastefully decorated flat in an excellent central location. Large, very comfortable, beds and good sitting space with television. Adequately furnished kitchen with dishwasher. Would stay there again. Good lighting throughout.

Fabulous apartment, beautifully clean & very well presented. Ideally located on the very edge of the town, perfect for parking up & not having to move the car for the duration. Perfectly placed for exploring Stamford…photographs don’t do this spacious apartment justice. So glad I chose this over a hotel. Modern and clean…safe and secure….comfortable , warm and beautifully furnished.  Dedicated parking space and fire exit door made unloading car easier….Great nights sleeps.Handy to have M n S food hall opposite but Stamford has lots of cafes (can recommend Central Cafe), coffee shops and restaurants (The Crown) to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to Stamford…such a beautiful, historical place and would love to stay in St. Paul’s apartments again.

Wonderful location for getting around Stamford, either by foot or in the car.  Perfect parking spot right behind the accommodation, with easy access to the property.  A selection of local shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.  Great communication from the host and would definitely stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location, right in the heart of Stamford, and easily walkable to everything. It was a great flat, well proportioned, very clean and with really comfortable beds. Communication with the owners was clear and smooth, and check-in was very straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We could not have asked for more.  The flat was spacious, immaculate and beautifully furnished.  It is right in the centre of Stamford but also had a parking space!  Would highly recommend.
