Ideal location to explore Stamford and surrounding area. Location could not have been better for us.

The flat is in a great location, right in the middle of Stamford town centre. The flat is modern and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay as a family of four. The two bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive which was great for a last minute booking like ours. If you have mobility issues, then the flat is not for you due to steep flights of stairs leading to the property.  We would happily return.

The apartment is perfect right at the heart of Stamford. Be aware there are two very narrow and steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment (if you are carrying a heavy bag, you'll need to brace!)

Apartment was great, modern and clean. The location is very good and the instructions for access and to use the apartment facilities as well as useful detail in local facilities and places to visit.

Arrival instructions were very easy to follow, with pictures sent to show exact location of door and lock boxes. Flat was extremely clean, and a very nice arrival gift had been left for me. Kitchen and bathroom very well equipped with everything you could need. Very comfortable beds.

Very nice apartment in the high street. Nice and modern. Beautifully decorated. We were a party of 5. It was perfect for us. We ate out but did use the kitchen for one meal. It was well equipped and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee. There is a food store directly opposite the apartment. The bathroom was very clean with a bath/shower plus toiletries. The location was great. There was some noise from the street in the late evening but that was to be expected given the location, which for our party was ideal. The beds were comfortable. Overall a really nice place to stay

Attention to detail. So often the small things are missed and they make all the difference such as coffee (both Nespresso and instant), sugar, tea, cooking oil, a few tablets for the laundry. When arriving from overseas not having to immediately worry about these things is very welcome. Also, great location in a very nice small town

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean, centrally located, excellent facilities.

Central location in Stamford with very good facilities and extremely accommodating host. The flat was very clean with very comfortable beds and excellent cooking and laundry equipment.

Great 2 bedroom apartment in centre of Stamford. We were 2 couples. 

Easy to find & access apartment. 
There are a few flights of stairs, not a problem for us, but elderly or prams etc, might struggle. 

Spotlessly clean & really modern and high spec. Great lay out & everything we needed. 

For advice, you can’t park outside or near, so Mike dropped me & luggage off and then went to park. 

Opposite a Tesco express & M&S food hall for all essentials.

Fantastic location for a family trip right in the heart of the town. Surprisingly cosy and private apartment, we really enjoyed staying there! Very clean, tidy and welcoming. 
Great communication from the host, lots of instructions and info available.
It was a bit pricey for me but understandable for the area and location, so not a problem.

Pleasant stay, and would stay again,
The property was in the perfect spot, very central’ for the town. It had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and shower was powerful, towels were bath sheets so really nice and large.

Fabulous location, beautiful apartment, very comfortable.

Great stay, very comfortable and nice apartment. Excellent location if you are wanting right in the centre of town, parking is difficult and there are lots of stairs to get into the apartment so not ideal if you have a toddler and lots of luggage! 
We were able to check in early which was a huge help!
