Lovely stay, any concerns or questions I had they got back to me straight away would stay again

The location is excellent, perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay.

The house is very good value for money being in Stamford and close to Burleigh House.

Comfortable, convenient and well located close to food outlets and shops, not noisy and very spacious.

This is a wonderful old barn that has been renovated. It’s small but perfect for two people. We had great weather so it was also nice to sit outside. There’s a great pub next-door and it’s a very pretty village.

Great value and location 

erfect location, very clean and comfortable, we definitely recommend and will be back 🙂 Fridays and Saturday is market days was a bonus

Lovely house top floor was stunning and had a lovely view. Kitchen was very well stocked., love the coffee machine. Great location. Brilliant to walk to the park.

Character house in a brilliant location

Centrally located, first-floor apartment in a beautiful historic town with easy access to the main attractions and the added bonuses of its own parking space, and food stores and restaurants only a few yards away. Well-stocked, comfortable apartment which has been tastefully renovated. Excellent information provided and good communication from the owners.

Great location and excellent accommodation - recommended!

We literally came out of the front door into the heart of the beautiful town of Stamford. There was a funfair going on so the town was busy. Ample food and drink facilities on the doorstep. Wonderful scenery and plenty of things to do.

Great break to catch up with old friends

Fantastic location in the middle of town Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very comfortable beds. Nicely equipped with everything you need. EASY to adjust heat.

Great place to stay, well equipped and very central. The parking space was easily accessible and a good size.

The accommodation fitted my needs perfectly. The hosts were proactive in contacting me before and during my stay. I would recommend for sure.

it was very spacious and comfortable. we had everything we needed. the location was excellent and having a parking space was great and enabled us to explore the town without having to use the car. the beds were very comfortable.
there wasn't anything we didn't like, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fab location in a beautiful little town

Amazing location, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars for cosy drinks and fabulous meals. Really good kitchen if you want to cook  though. Lovely to come back to a warm house with home comforts. Steffy has been an asset to Apex keeping us updated throughout booking through to the checkout procedure.

Christmas Market Trip

Fantastic location, perfect property for us, hosts were brilliant at communicating, the property was really clean. Hosts were fantastic they put in extra bedding, and even a coffee machine, highly recommend would not hesitate to book again. Living is on the top floor and has great views of Stamford.

Apartment was very spacious and clean and much larger than it appeared in the photos.It was really useful to have a car parking space which could be directly accessed from the back door. Fantastic central location in Stanford.

Attention to detail. So often the small things are missed and they make all the difference such as coffee (both Nespresso and instant), sugar, tea, cooking oil, a few tablets for the laundry. When arriving from overseas not having to immediately worry about these things is very welcome. Also, great location in a very nice small town

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean, centrally located, excellent facilities.

Polite and courteous nature of the hosts show the professionalism of the agency that rents out. The location is extremely ideal for exploring the city. We found parking for free in front of the house or in a side street. They went out of their way to provide the facilities. The house is spotless and extremely spacious, even for four people. If you miss something, you can contact the agency and every effort will be made to fulfill these wishes

Lovely accommodation

The property was easy to find, secluded enough to provide privacy, but close enough to town to make shopping etc. easy. Friendly neighbours and beautiful interior. Small, but homely (good for 2 people). Free parking and WiFi made the stay easier. One of the best parts was the app! It was so informative, easy to follow and helped throughout our stay (especially upon arrival!).

The location was perfect for exploring Stamford, its position at the start of the High Street made it ideal for popping out to the shops and exploring the city by foot, also having its own parking area was so convenient.

Beautifully decorated flat. It was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Perfect location close to my dad, who we were visiting and convenient for the shops.

Exceptional 

Beautiful location south of the river. Short walk into the town centre! The room on the top floor was so light and airy. The house felt well equipped throughout. Some nice touches like coffee pods for the coffee machine! Plenty of information received beforehand and in the property. Stamford is a lovely town, so there was lots to explore. Great places to eat out!

Fantastic location for a family trip right in the heart of the town. Surprisingly cosy and private apartment, we really enjoyed staying there! Very clean, tidy and welcoming. 
Great communication from the host, lots of instructions and info available.
It was a bit pricey for me but understandable for the area and location, so not a problem.

 Apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The parking space was a fantastic bonus.
Due to the apartment being so central, there can be some very early morning noise. However, if you can wear them, the property does provide earplugs.

It was exactly as it looked in picture, it is right in the middle of everything so easy to walk everywhere. It also has the added bonus of a car parking space! 
Ear buds were supplied but we didn't need them! Fabulous, clear instructions and such quick responses to any messages sent. 
High recommend this place, definitely staying again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and host was swift and helpful with communications. The car parking spot is wonderful, as these are not that common in town. Id just flag up that its location means  its perfectly placed to access all central Stamford's amenities but of course that does come with a bit of noise; not a problem for us but might be for some. Overall, we found this a terrific place to stay- plenty of space for our toddler to walk around in, and they kindly provided a travel cot for us too. Id recommend, and would stay here again. 

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated apartment located just at the end of Stamford's main High Street. 

Amazing location, and the parking spot was a massive bonus! Clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Good value. Great stay.

We stayed at  " The Granery" for three days. Michelle and her staff were always very responsive and friendly.  The house was lovely in a great position , quiet but in a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful town.  We would highly recommend!.

Perfectly placed for exploring Stamford…photographs don’t do this spacious apartment justice. So glad I chose this over a hotel. Modern and clean…safe and secure….comfortable , warm and beautifully furnished.  Dedicated parking space and fire exit door made unloading car easier….Great nights sleeps.Handy to have M n S food hall opposite but Stamford has lots of cafes (can recommend Central Cafe), coffee shops and restaurants (The Crown) to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to Stamford…such a beautiful, historical place and would love to stay in St. Paul’s apartments again.

The property was in an excellent location, right in the heart of Stamford, and easily walkable to everything. It was a great flat, well proportioned, very clean and with really comfortable beds. Communication with the owners was clear and smooth, and check-in was very straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was catered for, the hosts were easy to contact and very friendly. Our family came over from Ireland to stay and were absolutely bowled over by the location and the quality of the apartment. Everything was perfect.
