We prepared our own breakfast at the flat or ate breakfast out when we fancied. The location of the flat was good for the town centre shops and eateries and a public car park was very close by.

The flat was very convenient for the centre of this lovely town and public parking was nearby.

it was very spacious and comfortable. we had everything we needed. the location was excellent and having a parking space was great and enabled us to explore the town without having to use the car. the beds were very comfortable.
there wasn't anything we didn't like, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Superb location with carpark opposite. Lovely open and bright living, dining, kitchen space. Comfy sofas. Kitchen had all you needed for preparing meals. Main bedroom lovely big room and large bathroom.

Lovely apartment, perfect for 2 couples. Superb location. A few improvements and would be perfect.

Amazing location, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars for cosy drinks and fabulous meals. Really good kitchen if you want to cook  though. Lovely to come back to a warm house with home comforts. Steffy has been an asset to Apex keeping us updated throughout booking through to the checkout procedure.

Christmas Market Trip

Fantastic location, perfect property for us, hosts were brilliant at communicating, the property was really clean. Hosts were fantastic they put in extra bedding, and even a coffee machine, highly recommend would not hesitate to book again. Living is on the top floor and has great views of Stamford.

Apartment was very spacious and clean and much larger than it appeared in the photos.It was really useful to have a car parking space which could be directly accessed from the back door. Fantastic central location in Stanford.

Attention to detail. So often the small things are missed and they make all the difference such as coffee (both Nespresso and instant), sugar, tea, cooking oil, a few tablets for the laundry. When arriving from overseas not having to immediately worry about these things is very welcome. Also, great location in a very nice small town

The facilities are superb. Although we were only there for the weekend, everything was there to cater for a much longer stay. The location is in the heart of the town, which we liked.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean, centrally located, excellent facilities.

Polite and courteous nature of the hosts show the professionalism of the agency that rents out. The location is extremely ideal for exploring the city. We found parking for free in front of the house or in a side street. They went out of their way to provide the facilities. The house is spotless and extremely spacious, even for four people. If you miss something, you can contact the agency and every effort will be made to fulfill these wishes

Lovely accommodation

The property was easy to find, secluded enough to provide privacy, but close enough to town to make shopping etc. easy. Friendly neighbours and beautiful interior. Small, but homely (good for 2 people). Free parking and WiFi made the stay easier. One of the best parts was the app! It was so informative, easy to follow and helped throughout our stay (especially upon arrival!).

Beautifully decorated flat. It was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Perfect location close to my dad, who we were visiting and convenient for the shops.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Liked the shower, plenty of hot water and bed very comfortable. I liked the furnishings and antiques in the rooms. The only time I haven't needed take my laptop and there was a nice leather inlaid pedestal desk with captains chair in the room. Although no on-site parking there was a car park opposite the apartment.

Beautiful location south of the river. Short walk into the town centre! The room on the top floor was so light and airy. The house felt well equipped throughout. Some nice touches like coffee pods for the coffee machine! Plenty of information received beforehand and in the property. Stamford is a lovely town, so there was lots to explore. Great places to eat out!

Fantastic location for a family trip right in the heart of the town. Surprisingly cosy and private apartment, we really enjoyed staying there! Very clean, tidy and welcoming.

Very stylish and upmarket. It was good that both bedrooms had en suites.

A lovely break in a comfortable and stylish apartment, a stone’s throw from the centre of town.

 Apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The parking space was a fantastic bonus.
Due to the apartment being so central, there can be some very early morning noise. However, if you can wear them, the property does provide earplugs.

The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities of home, with a central location to the bars and restaurants. Even though there was no parking with the property, the public car park was only opposite and cheap.

Superb central apartment

It was exactly as it looked in picture, it is right in the middle of everything so easy to walk everywhere. It also has the added bonus of a car parking space! 
Ear buds were supplied but we didn't need them! Fabulous, clear instructions and such quick responses to any messages sent. 
High recommend this place, definitely staying again.

Lovely place to stay, perfect location for us to explore the wonderful town. 

We very much enjoyed our stay, and host was swift and helpful with communications. The car parking spot is wonderful, as these are not that common in town. Id just flag up that its location means  its perfectly placed to access all central Stamford's amenities but of course that does come with a bit of noise; not a problem for us but might be for some. Overall, we found this a terrific place to stay- plenty of space for our toddler to walk around in, and they kindly provided a travel cot for us too. Id recommend, and would stay here again. 

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated apartment located just at the end of Stamford's main High Street. 

Amazing location, and the parking spot was a massive bonus! Clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Good value. Great stay.

The apartment was all what we needed for my sons wedding for us to stay at.

 Very close to shops, restaurants etc. Lots of space in bedrooms and living room. Big table for eating and for playing games.

We stayed at  " The Granery" for three days. Michelle and her staff were always very responsive and friendly.  The house was lovely in a great position , quiet but in a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful town.  We would highly recommend!.

Perfectly placed for exploring Stamford…photographs don’t do this spacious apartment justice. So glad I chose this over a hotel. Modern and clean…safe and secure….comfortable , warm and beautifully furnished.  Dedicated parking space and fire exit door made unloading car easier….Great nights sleeps.Handy to have M n S food hall opposite but Stamford has lots of cafes (can recommend Central Cafe), coffee shops and restaurants (The Crown) to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to Stamford…such a beautiful, historical place and would love to stay in St. Paul’s apartments again.

Much better value, space, comfort and facilities than a hotel room.

Location and exceptional facilities. There was a problem with the water supply to the whole of Stamford during our stay. Fortunately we were not affected but just in case we were, our hosts left bottled water outside our apartment door for us. This was a very thoughtful gesture.
